Barbados Rum Cake

I picked up this rum cake in Massy stores. The cake itself is sponge and it is covered with a rum glaze. As soon as I opened the plastic packet I could smell the rum - it was so strong. I cut a slice to try and woow. It was almost like eating rum, very strong perhaps a bit too strong for me. Not sure if you can buy this cake here, it may be worth trying some of the caribbean grocery stores
