Eat by Amy is a vegan bakery making treats such as cookies, brownies, blondies and celebration cakes. You can order online or pick up bakes from her stall at Broadway Market at the weekend.
There was a special offer recently and this gave me the opportunity to try her bakes. The first thing: you wouldn’t know that these are vegan, that’s how good they are. I’m not a fan of oreos so left that for my cousin but the blondie almond bake? I could have eat 5 of them it was that good.
