Sourdough Sophia Review

Sourdough Sophia opened their second branch on Good Friday a stone’s throw from Essex Road Station. I was excited to visit this new space, it is a lot bigger than the original branch in Crouch End. There is seating inside and outside and has the trademark Sourdough Sophia Pink.

I bought 2 items.

Sourdough Sophia Bow with Passionfruit Curd: £5

This was the main reason for me visiting as I think this bow is so cute! The crunch was amazing and paired well with the passionfruit curd.

Eton Mess Cruffin: £4.80

I wasn’t going to get this cruffin but it was calling to me. Full on cream, topped with meringue, the texture of this cruffin was so light and fluffy.
