Afternoon Tea at The Sandy Lane Hotel, Barbados

Whew! It’s been a while since I posted but with me planning my milestone birthday party ( I’ve reached 50) and planning my first solo holiday trip to Barbados, I hope you can forgive me. The next few blogs will be reviews of places that I visited while in Barbados.

I had to treat myself to afternoon tea so before I flew out I booked a solo afternoon tea at The Sandy Lane Hotel which is five star hotel in St James, Barbados.

I started off with some peppermint tea.

I then had some finger sandwiches, scones and sweets (not pictured)

I had a lovely time, the service was excellent. They also presented me with my own little birthday cake!
