Local and Co, Barbados

Local and Co is a restaurant set right next to the beach in Speightstown.

The views were beautiful.

As I went for breakfast ( I went when it opened) I didn’t need to book, but if you want to eat here in the evening, I would recommend booking.

I started off with a Iced Latte and a cute Madeleine.

For breakfast I had the quiche. I’m not normally a quiche person but this one was good and the accompanying salad was nice and refreshing.

This was a lovely spot, lovely view and after I had finished breakfast, I spent a good few minutes just looking at that view.
