Top 5 Bakeries in London?

Last year, The Times conducted a survey where they asked various chefs and bakers what their favourite bakeries were. This lead to a top 49 list of the best bakeries in the UK. 5 of these bakeries were in London. I ashamed to say that out of the 5 I have only visited 1. Hence a new mini series with me visiting all 5 bakeries. First up is Happy Sky Bakery in White City.
